| 职位描述: | Training Manager
Major responsibility: 1.Report to the General Manager. 2.Be able to create the training system of the hotel strategically. In charge of the training of the whole hotel, including Orientation training, service skill training, language training, hotel courtesy training, and so on. Qualification needed: 1.University or higher degree. 2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in training management in four-star hotels. 3.Strong command of English, second foreign language preferred. 4.Excellent PC skill. 5.Excellent team-player and people skill. 6.Be able to work under pressure and make decision.
